The St. Agnes Experience

At St. Agnes Catholic Academy, education is more than academics—it's a way of life shaped by faith, joy, and community. Our students experience a nurturing environment that forms the whole child: spiritually, socially, intellectually, and emotionally.

Student Life & Community Building

Our vibrant community celebrates a rich tapestry of traditions that foster faith and family spirit. Throughout the year, students, families, and staff gather to celebrate:

  • Blessing of the School – A reverent procession with the Blessed Sacrament

  • Advent Student Show – A joyful Christmas season celebration

  • Christmas Bazaar – Crafts, food, and festive cheer for all

  • Bear Bash – Games, music, and fun to build community

  • Family Day – Bonding activities for families and staff

  • Book Fair – Encouraging a love for reading

  • Moms & Muffins / Dads & Donuts – Simple ways to grow school-family connection

  • Parent Gala – A celebratory evening to support the school

  • Catholic Schools Week – Faith-based activities for the entire community

Each tradition helps students grow in joy and gratitude while strengthening our school spirit.

Fostering Values

We are committed to forming students who reflect God’s image through a life of virtue and integrity. Our curriculum emphasizes morals, good citizenship, and a strong Catholic identity.

Every month, students are recognized through our Peacemaker Awards for virtues such as:

  • Kindness

  • Empathy

  • Service

  • Perseverance

  • Stewardship

  • Generosity

  • Humility

Through prayer, reflection, and community action, we encourage students to live their faith with courage and compassion in everyday life.

Community Service

At St. Agnes, service is a way of life. Each year, our students participate in meaningful acts of charity and advocacy, including:

  • Thanksgiving “Miracle on Harbor Drive” Food Drive

  • Corazones de Servicio (Dominican Republic mission projects)

  • Support for our local American Legion Post & Veterans Day Mass

Through these efforts, our students learn the value of self-giving and the joy of making a difference.
