Dear St. Agnes Families,

We are excited to begin the school year with the joyful news that two inspiring young men have officially been canonized as saints: Saint Carlo Acutis and Saint Pier Giorgio Frassati.

Saint Carlo Acutis, who died in 2006, is the first millennial to be canonized. A teenager with a deep love for the Eucharist, he used his computer skills to create an online database of Eucharistic miracles around the world. He is a powerful example of holiness in the digital age.

I hope you all enjoyed a joyful, restful summer with your families! We are so excited to welcome our students back to campus, and we hope they’re feeling refreshed and ready for an amazing new school year. As we prepare to begin the 2025–2026 school year, we do so grounded in faith and purpose, inspired by this year’s theme: “On Good Ground” (Matthew 13).
